Feedback

We originally commissioned Kate to run bespoke workshops aimed at health, care and voluntary sector staff during the Covid-19 pandemic, many of whom have been struggling with trauma, stress and burn-out. We chose Kate because her work is trauma-informed and she works with the latest evidence-based research in trauma recovery methods. Kate is unique amongst her peers in what she offers and has a diverse skill-set that she draws upon in her workshops, from Polyvagal theory to somatic body-work, through to Jungian analysis and drawing on archetypes as a vehicle for personal change and transformation. When you are in a workshop with Kate you feel in very safe hands and the depth of her knowledge and experience is very evident. Every time we have commissioned Kate to run staff workshops to support wellness and recovery, the dates have become fully subscribed in less than 2 weeks. Staff from across the NHS, local government and social care have enjoyed coming together in these sessions to learn new approaches to support their mental health and new ideas that might also support their service users and patients. They have also benefitted from the peer support on offer during the workshops, and these have worked as effectively via Zoom as they would in person. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Kate and your staff will thank you for it.
